Kim Brooker, Acupuncturist and Clinical Aromatherapist
Acupuncturist Kim Brooker welcomes her patients into a soothing and relaxing community setting for treatments at Bradenton Community Acupuncture. Kim joins the New Medicine Community with an innovative approach to acupuncture. Unlike most acupuncture provided in isolated rooms, Kim says, "communal treatments priced on a sliding scale from $15-40 per session make acupuncture more affordable for patients to come on a regular basis." Most patients find the collective energy of the participants around then both exhilarating and comforting, which contributes to the healing process.
Like acupuncture, aromatherapy is another ancient healing practice. Many essential oils have therapeutic value and may provide health benefits for a number of conditions. Kim is a clinical aromatherapist who
has developed the Verona Organics line of skin and body care products. She conducts workshops and seminars ranging from making green cleaning products to menopause relief.
